Athletic Trainer – Manor ISD (2 positions available) 2022-2023 School Year

Information:

• 2 full-time high school openings (1 at Manor New Tech HS, 1 at Manor Senior HS)
• No teaching required, athletic coverage only

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid license from Texas Advisory Board of Athletic Trainer
• NATA BOC certified preferred

  Primary Purpose:
  Help plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of athletic training program for student athletes. Work under the advice and consent of team physician to carry out activities in the following areas: prevention, evaluation, emergency treatment, physical reconditioning, and rehabilitation of injuries.

  Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to provide injury prevention and rehabilitation services
• Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and ability to treat student athletes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
