The TSATA Board of Directors and TEA Curriculum Committee have set the locations at which the Sports Medicine I & II Instructors Course will be offered in 2012. Information about these locations can be found below. As exact dates become available the page will be updated and registration links will be added.

If you are a graduating college senior wishing to register for the Sports Medicine Instructors Course please use the following registration form (pdf). You may download and print the form and mail it in with a check or fill it out online and submit it if you wish to pay by credit card. If you are paying by credit card a payment link will be e-mailed to you once the registration form has been submitted and your status as a graduating college senior has been verified.
