On Friday June 17, 2011 Governor Rick Perry singed HB 2038 into law. This is a credit to you, the members of the TSATA! All of your efforts, contacting your legislatures, the work of the TSATA Taskforce and many others has paid off. Now work will begin on the implementation process. Once more information about the implementation of HB 2038 is available it will be posted on the TSATA website.
